Is it just me or is everyone sporting some fur? I’m loving the trend and really wondering why I ever scoffed at it before?! Obviously, I was crazy…because now I am coveting every piece of fur I see. These Skorch Bloggers are KILLIN’ it. Who’s YOUR favorite fur look from above?

Lace dress from Peacocks, Shoes from Next
Thank you for all your support in the AMD Challenge, it’s all over now (phew!)
I’m counting down the days to our Mumbai trip, I backed out of being bridesmaid ( coward, I know) but at least I’m excited about the wedding now. It will just be nice to take a break from Dubai.
And there’s all the shopping I can do, of course
I hope you’re having a good day/ week. If you’re not, try to remind yourself that everything is temporary, even happiness, so just make the most of it.
Love and hugs,

Dorothy Perkins top, redherring from Debenhams pleated midi skirt, New Look sequin ballet flats and purse.
We caught the sun just in time, I’m loving the golden tint it created
Since this is such a smiley, happy post, it’s only appropriate that I share happy news with you: You can spot me in this month’s Aquarius magazine in a very resourceful article about blogging. I was featured with other Dubai bloggers and had to go to a photo shoot to get my pic taken, etc. Super exciting stuff!
I’ve framed this above my work desk for motivation

You can read the online version of the article here.
And pretty please, if you haven’t voted for me yet in the AMD Challenge, please do! I would really appreciate it. You can click here to vote, it’ll only take a minute, I promise!
I hope you’re doing well and enjoying your Sunday.
Hugs,

Pinterest and Tumblr have reawakened the DIY diva in me, but I am no expert and these were fairly easy to do! The nude coloured ones had scratches and teeth marks on the heel and base thanks to my monster cats. The black pair were on sale at New Look for like 40 Aed. So, I really had nothing to lose with at least trying to revamp them.

I’m now in Phase 2 of the world wide AMD Challenge, I have to get as many votes as possible to win and I am competing with contestants from all over the world.
I would really appreciate your support, plus AMD donates $1 to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for every vote, so it’s for a good cause

You can vote for me here
Thank you so much for your support!
Fingers crossed and many hugs,

Wallis blouse, Jane Norman pleated maxi skirt, New Look shoes
I am absolutely in love with these 3 pieces, it was love at first sight with the skirt, I mean just look at that dreamy flow and those pleats, and the colour!
I wish the pictures showed it better, but apart from the gorgeous colour, the heels of these shoes are covered in gold glitter. Border line stripper/ 70s disco I know but I thought they were too fabulous to pass up.
Enjoy your week/ weekend!

Wallis lace top, New Look skirt and shoes
I’m always flipping out when I see a non- skinny chick in a magazine, whether it’s a fashion segment or a reality story. It’s just nice to have a dose of realistic in between all those pages of models!
So you can imagine how thrilled I am to be one of those girls, yay for a plus size girl in a magazine!
I was featured in this month’s 1st anniversary issue of POSE magazine, thank you so much to Samantha from POSE and the team behind AMD. You’ve made this fashion blogger super happy, this is my first time in a magazine!

And a big thank you to you for voting for me in the AMD Challenge, I’m a lucky lucky girl!
Hugs and love,
