Venezuelan plus model challenges singer Romeo Santos

Yes, as you may heard it on the news, or trough my social media: I’ve challenged bachata singer Romeo Santos to work together with myself!

Since the very beginning of his career, Romeo always tried to integrate all his fans – no matter their size – into his shows. He also has this funny routine were he rejects a skinny girl over a plus size girl.

It is no secret how terribly we curvy girls have been portrayed in the media [especially in Mexico and my country Venezuela] and how much disrespect we endure.  In music history there’s only 4 musical videos with plus size women worldwide, and we are not portrayed as an average model, just look on youtube and you´ll see…it’s horrible.

Is time for this to stop, and is exactly the reason I wanted to join forces with another history maker as Romeo Santos to  change things for once, and for good.

This is the kind of performance he does on stage with plus size women:

I appreciate that we are being included and not just now were curves are on the news, he has done is since day one.

And because we deserve MUCH better and classier,

Dear Romeo, let´s join forces and work together. We can (and should) do something better than this…

Do you agree? Would you work with me and put me in your next video or performance to show the world that beauty isn’t just one size or type of woman?
